Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Chat messages and files you send to a bot. Sent to an AI provider to answer you. Chats in Private Mode stay on your device and are never sent to us.
• A random device ID used only for free daily limits on a phone that is not signed in. It is not linked to your name.
• An account ID if you sign in with Apple or Google. We store a one-way hash of the sign-in ID, not your email, and use it to keep your unlocks, history and purchases on your account.
• Memories you save with Remember this stay on your device. View, edit or delete them in Settings, What I remember. They are included in export and removed by Delete account.
• Crash reports (optional, off by default). Only if you turn on Share crash reports, crash details (app version, OS version, error trace) are sent to our own server, with no device ID, no chats and no account link. They are deleted after 30 days. Because they cannot be tied to you, they are not part of per-user export.
• Purchases are handled by Apple, Google or Whop. We never see card numbers.

What we do not do

• No selling of data. No ads tracking. No cross-app tracking.
• We never ask for your passwords. Connected apps use official sign-in (OAuth) and you can disconnect any time.

AI providers

Cloud replies are processed by Google (Gemini API) or Cloudflare Workers AI under their terms. No other AI service receives your messages. On supported iPhones and Android phones, many replies run on the device itself. Unofficial, not affiliated with Apple, Google, xAI or OpenAI. You are asked to agree before any message leaves your device.

Retention and deletion

Server limits reset within 40 days. Reports are kept 180 days for safety review. In the app go to Settings, Account, Delete account, or use the web deletion page. Deletion is immediate and covers unlocks, sign-in sessions, history, blocks and usage counters. We keep an anonymous marker for each purchase so only the same Apple or Google login can restore it, and Apple, Google and Whop keep their own receipts. Reports and crash logs carry no account or device ID. Export your data in Settings, Account, Export my data.

Children

Not directed to children under 13.
